This policy describes how SIA LOKALS processes your personal data when you use the lokals.lv website and place orders.

2. What data we process
- Order data: first name, phone number, email address, delivery address, ordered products, preferred pickup/delivery time, payment method and order notes.
- Technical data: IP address, browser information and cookies (see section 6).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Accepting, confirming by phone, preparing and delivering your order and communicating about it – performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Preparing and sending invoices (including via WhatsApp) and accounting – compliance with a legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
- Ensuring the operation and security of the website – our legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- Visitor statistics and information on how you reached the website – only with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
4. Who we share data with
- Our website hosting provider.
- Google (Gmail) – to send order confirmation emails.
- WhatsApp (Meta) – if you choose to pay by invoice, which we send via WhatsApp.
- Automattic (Jetpack / WooCommerce statistics) – only if you accept statistics cookies.
- Google Fonts – to load the website fonts (your IP address is transmitted).
- Public authorities, where required by law.
Some service providers may process data outside the European Union. In such cases data is transferred in accordance with the GDPR (for example, European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses). We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep data
- Order data – as long as necessary to fulfil the order and handle any complaints.
- Accounting documents – for the period required by law.
- Statistics cookies – until they expire or until you withdraw your consent.
6. Cookies
Necessary cookies (always on, because the cart and ordering do not work without them): woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_* – for the shopping cart; lokals_consent – stores your cookie choice (6 months).
Statistics cookies (only with your consent): sbjs_* (WooCommerce – information on how you reached the website), tk_ai and Jetpack statistics (stats.wp.com) – to count visits.

7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive your data in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
