Placing and confirming an order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can place an order on the website at any time. Orders placed outside opening hours are fulfilled on the next working day at the time you choose.<\/li>\n\n<li>After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Before preparing your order, the pizzeria will call you to confirm it.<\/li>\n\n<li>If we cannot reach you at the phone number provided, the order is not confirmed and will not be fulfilled.<\/li>\n\n<li>Some products (for example, daily sets and holiday sets) are available only on certain days \u2013 this is indicated next to the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are in euro (EUR) and include all applicable taxes. The delivery fee is shown before you confirm the order and is added to the order total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery and pickup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can pick up your order at the pizzeria: L\u0101\u010dpl\u0113\u0161a iela 11, Aizkraukle \u2013 free of charge.<\/li>\n\n<li>Delivery fee by location: Aizkraukle \u2013 5 \u20ac; Ziedi \u2013 7 \u20ac; S\u0113rene, Pagasts \u2013 8 \u20ac; Sece, Skr\u012bveri \u2013 10 \u20ac; Koknese, Jaunjelgava \u2013 12 \u20ac; Skr\u012bveri area (incl. L\u012bdumi, Krape) \u2013 15 \u20ac.<\/li>\n\n<li>We deliver your order or prepare it for pickup at the time you choose. During busy periods or bad weather the time may change slightly \u2013 we will let you know by phone.<\/li>\n\n<li>Please provide an exact address and be reachable by phone during delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For delivery: in cash to the courier or by bank transfer using an invoice we send via WhatsApp to your phone number.<\/li>\n\n<li>For pickup: pay at the pizzeria when you collect your order.<\/li>\n\n<li>If online payment is available on the website, the payment is processed by a payment service provider; your card details are not shared with us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Cancellation and right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can cancel your order free of charge by calling <a href=\"tel:+37122103034\">22 10 30 34<\/a>, as long as its preparation has not started.<\/li>\n\n<li>The right of withdrawal does not apply to food prepared especially for you. At our company it applies only to pre-packaged goods in their original packaging, i.e. drinks.<\/li>\n\n<li>If the order has already been paid online and is cancelled, the money is refunded using the same payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order does not match what you ordered or you are not satisfied with the quality, please let us know immediately by phone <a href=\"tel:+37122103034\">22 10 30 34<\/a> or by email <a href=\"mailto:lokals.pasutijumi@gmail.com\">lokals.pasutijumi@gmail.com<\/a>, stating your order number. We will review your complaint as quickly as possible and offer a solution \u2013 replacing the product or a refund. If we cannot reach an agreement, you have the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ptac.gov.lv\">www.ptac.gov.lv<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Allergens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allergen information is shown for each product. Various allergens are used in our kitchen, so we cannot fully exclude traces of them in any product. If you have an allergy, please mention it in the order notes or tell us when we call you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Gift cards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gift cards can be used to pay at LOKALS pizzeria. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Terms of use and the expiry date are stated on the gift card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of personal data is described in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lokals.lv\/en\/privatuma-politika\/\">privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Changes to these terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may change these terms.
